DeinWeg wasn't born from a marketing idea. It's the continuation of work already done, file after file, with Moroccan candidates heading to Germany.
Our story
Before DeinWeg, its founder Issam had already sent hundreds of Ausbildung application files to Germany, within the AivenSoft agency: finding training companies, writing German CVs and cover letters, an interview-prep kit, automated job search, follow-up through to the signed contract.
This hands-on experience, built within the AivenSoft agency, showed one thing: most Moroccan candidates lack neither motivation nor skill. What they lack is reliable information, in Arabic and French, in a market saturated with opaque agencies and false promises.
DeinWeg was created to turn this already proven expertise into structured support, with prices displayed in MAD, a clear method, and one rule that never changes: we never guarantee what we don't control.
Today, DeinWeg is still a deliberately small team built around that know-how rather than a call center: that's what makes human, file-by-file follow-up possible, not a marketing line.
