All DeinWeg offers are support services subject to a best-effort commitment. No offer guarantees a visa, contract, admission, or housing: these decisions belong exclusively to the German authorities, universities, or employers.

Price and Payment
All prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included, with an indicative euro equivalent. Payment is made in 2 to 3 installments, by bank transfer, CMI, cash at the agency, or CashPlus. No opaque online payment is requested.
Progressive and Cumulative Offers
For Ausbildung, the Bewerbung, Vertrag Ausbildung, and DeinWeg 360 offers are cumulative: each level includes the previous one. If you upgrade after starting, the amount already paid is deducted.
Limits and Third-Party Costs
Third-party costs (translations, certifications, Sperrkonto, ZAB, visa, tickets, housing, insurance) are never included in the price of our offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each offer page details precisely what is included and what is not.
Who Our Services Are For
Our services are intended for adults. Minors wishing to start a process (particularly for Ausbildung, accessible from age 17 with consent) must be accompanied by a legal guardian from the very first exchange.
Withdrawal and Cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the contract signed with you before the start of each paid offer.
